Truffel, Olives and Cheese

At Monticelli Castle you can see where the black truffles grow and touch them with your hands, you can participate in the harvest of olives and in the production of typical Italian cheeses, which are only some of the many aspects of Italian  culture.


We put you in contact with people who are experts in the research of truffles in the area, with producers of olive oil and with young people who produce delicious fresh and seasoned cheeses a distance of just a few kilometres. You can taste the oil and the cheese and decide if you want to take some home.
