  • It is situated between Rome and Florence

APARTMENTS

  • Fully furnished apartments and kitchenettes
  • Sizes from 50 to 180 sqm
  • monthly costs are € 650 – € 1300 including electricity, water, fees and waste disposal
  • Gas used for cooking and heating is excluded.
  • Bed linen and bath towels are included at your arrival
  • Cleaning the apartment and washing the sheets, towels and clothes are to be paid by the tenant.
  • A car or other means of private transport is recommended
  • Renting under these conditions is only possible until 30th of April 2025.
  • Underfloor heating and fireplaces are available in several apartments.All apartments have antique terracotta floors and ceilings with oak or chestnut beams, chestnut windows and double glazing. The external walls of some of the apartments are 1,60 metres thick.

A warm welcome from Ellen and Giuseppe in a listed building which is over 1400 years old. The frescoes were painted in 1315-19 by a painter whom the art historians know very well. Until the year 774 it was a fortress at the border of the Eastern Roman Empire. After 1470 it became a summer and hunting residence of noble families.
